Terms and conditions
Article 1. Scope and the two regimes
1.1 These terms govern every sale by Annalisa De Matteis, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Anna Digital Business ("the Provider"), to a customer ("the Customer"), whether a business or a consumer.
Anna Digital Business sells in two ways. Regime A — standard services at checkout: a small number of services with a standard scope and a standard price shown on the site (a repair session, a health check, monitoring for one scenario, one standard automation), paid online in euros (EUR) or Swedish kronor (SEK), performed in the Customer's own accounts and booked by e-mail. The standard price applies to simple, well-defined cases; anything beyond that scope is quoted under regime B. No file or software is sold. Regime B — services on quotation: systems integration, process automation, data migration, flow monitoring and technical audits, scoped in a written quotation and invoiced by e-mail. Nothing physical is sold or shipped; no subscription is offered. Prices on the site for regime B are "from" prices; only the accepted quotation binds the parties.
1.2 Regime A is open to businesses and consumers. Regime B is reserved for businesses and organisations acting in the course of their professional activity; a consumer wishing to buy a bespoke service is offered a separate contract. 1.3 Where the Customer is a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code and of the consumer's country of residence apply and prevail over any contrary clause. 1.4 Placing an order or accepting a quotation implies acceptance of these terms, which are made available before the order and attached to every quotation.
Article 2. Products and prices
2.1 Regime A products, their reference, fixed price and delivery method:
| Product | Reference | Price | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quick-fix session | ADB-STD-01 | €190 / 2 100 kr | Booking link sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; session within 5 working days |
| Flow health check | ADB-STD-02 | €290 / 3 200 kr | Booking link sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; session within 5 working days |
| Monitoring for one scenario | ADB-STD-03 | €390 / 4 300 kr | Access request sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; set up within 5 working days |
| Standard automation: one scenario | ADB-STD-04 | €590 / 6 500 kr | Brief scheduled by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; delivered within 5 working days of the brief |
2.2 Regime B services and their indicative starting prices:
| Service | From | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Systems integration | from €1,800 / 19 800 kr per project | from 10 working days |
| Process automation | from €1,200 / 13 200 kr per process | from 5 working days |
| Data migration | from €1,500 / 16 500 kr per migration | from 8 working days |
| Flow monitoring | from €900 / 9 900 kr one-off | from 4 working days |
| Technical audit | from €900 / 9 900 kr per audit | report within 10 working days |
2.3 Ad-hoc work outside a quotation is invoiced €450 / 4 950 kr per day, half-day minimum. 2.4 VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: no VAT is added. Should the Provider leave the exemption regime, VAT will apply to orders placed and quotations issued after that date, and the site will say so. 2.5 Prices are fixed in each currency; the two amounts are not converted from one another, and the amount shown in the chosen currency at the time of the order is the amount charged.
Article 3. Currency
3.1 The site displays prices in euros or Swedish kronor; the Customer chooses with the switcher in the header. The choice is remembered for thirty days, the order is recorded in the currency shown at checkout, and no conversion is applied.
Article 4. Ordering (regime A)
4.1 Steps: choose the product, check the basket, enter contact details, tick the two consent boxes (acceptance of these terms and the express request that the service starts before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period), pay. Before payment the Customer sees the summary and can correct any entry. 4.2 The order is confirmed by e-mail with the order number, the products, the price, the currency and the text of the boxes ticked with the time of acceptance. The Provider keeps this record for ten years; the Customer may request a copy. 4.3 Payment is made online through a licensed payment services provider; no card data is entered on or stored by this site. 4.4 The Provider may refuse an order for a legitimate reason (payment failure, suspected fraud, order outside the countries served).
Article 5. Quotation and ordering (regime B)
5.1 A written quotation states the scope, exclusions, deliverables, timeline, firm price, currency and payment terms; it is valid 30 days. 5.2 The order is firm on receipt of the accepted quotation (signature, "agreed" by e-mail or electronic signature) and of the deposit of 30 %. 5.3 Any change of scope after acceptance is quoted in writing before it is done. 5.4 Invoices are payable within 30 days by SEPA transfer or by the secure payment link attached to the invoice. 5.5 Between businesses, late payment incurs interest at the European Central Bank refinancing rate plus ten points and a fixed recovery fee of €40 (Articles L.441-10 and D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code); work in progress may be suspended until payment.
Article 6. Delivery
See the Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: regime A booking links and access requests are sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; regime B deliverables follow the timeline in the quotation.
Article 7. Right of withdrawal (consumers, regime A)
7.1 A consumer has fourteen days from the day of the order to withdraw without giving a reason, using the Withdrawal form or any unambiguous statement sent to Info@annadigital.fr. 7.2 Services (Article L.221-25 and L.221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code): if the consumer has expressly requested, by the second box at checkout, that the service starts before the end of the fourteen-day period, a service fully performed before withdrawal can no longer be withdrawn from, and a service begun is due in proportion to what has been performed. Without that box, the service starts after fourteen days. 7.3 In practice: a session fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, at the consumer's express request, cannot be withdrawn from (Article L.221-28 1°); a service begun but not completed may be withdrawn from, and the consumer owes a proportionate amount for the part performed (Article L.221-25). 7.4 Refunds are made by the original payment method within fourteen days of the withdrawal.
Article 8. Conformity and warranty
8.1 Regime A services conform to their description on the site and in the confirmation e-mail. Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for services: a non-conforming service is redone, or the price reduced or refunded, free of charge. 8.2 Regime B deliverables conform to the accepted quotation; ten working days after delivery to report a discrepancy in writing, then acceptance is deemed given. One month of corrections after go-live is included where the quotation says so. 8.3 The Provider owes an obligation of means; results depend on the Customer's tools, data and volumes.
Article 9. Customer obligations
The Customer provides accurate contact and billing details, the access and information needed for a session or a project, and holds the rights on the systems and data concerned.
Article 10. Intellectual property
10.1 Regime A: the scenario, alert or fix built during a standard service is built in the Customer's own account and belongs to the Customer once paid. 10.2 Regime B: economic rights in the specific developments (connectors, scenarios, documentation) are assigned to the Customer on full payment; scenarios built in the Customer's own accounts stay there. The Provider keeps its generic methods, templates and know-how. 10.3 Third-party software remains under its publisher's licence.
Article 11. Confidentiality and personal data
Each party keeps the other's information confidential for the duration of the contract and five years after. Where a project involves personal data held by the Customer, the Provider acts as processor under Article 28 GDPR and a data-processing agreement is attached to the quotation. See the Privacy policy.
Article 12. Liability
Towards businesses, liability is limited to direct damage proven, capped at the amount paid for the product or service concerned, excluding loss of data, revenue or business. Towards consumers, the legal provisions apply without limitation. The Provider is not liable for changes made by the publishers of third-party software or by the Customer after delivery.
Article 13. Force majeure
Article 1218 of the French Civil Code. Suspension during the event; termination possible beyond 30 days, work delivered remaining due.
Article 14. Complaints, mediation, applicable law
Complaints to Info@annadigital.fr receive an acknowledgement within one working day and a substantive answer within 15 days. Consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and, after two months without resolution, refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator whose details are given on request. French law applies; consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes between businesses fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris commercial courts (tribunal des activités économiques de Paris).
