An integration project rarely fails on the technology; it fails on a vague scope, a late validation or a missing handover. The method below exists for those three reasons.
Scoping
A one-hour call: which tools, which data, what fails today, who owns what. You get a one-page summary the same day.
FreeWritten quotation
Scope, exclusions, deliverables, timeline, firm price, payment methods. Sent within 3 working days, valid 30 days.
FreeBuild
Target diagram approved in writing, then the build in your own accounts. Weekly written update.
Deposit 30 %Acceptance
You test on real cases with a written checklist. Ten working days to report anything that differs from the quotation.
IncludedGo-live and handover
Documentation, a one-hour handover session, and one month of corrections included.

Three rules I do not negotiate
- The diagram before the code. You approve a drawing of the flows before anything is built. Changing a drawing costs an hour; changing a flow in production costs a day.
- Your accounts, not mine. Scenarios, connectors and access are created on your side. If we stop working together tomorrow, everything keeps running.
- Nothing is deleted without written consent. During a migration, the source stays untouched until you have validated on real data.

After delivery: one month of corrections included, then ad-hoc work by the day (€4504 950 kr) or a Quick-fix session from the Products page. No subscription, no compulsory maintenance contract.
The practical rules

Simple payment
Fixed-price services are paid at checkout in euros or Swedish kronor, at the fixed price shown for that currency. Bespoke projects are invoiced by e-mail and paid by SEPA transfer or a secure payment link. No banking data passes through this site.
Reply within one working day
Every e-mail gets an answer within one working day, even if only to give a date. A written summary follows every call.
Your accounts, your access
I work in your tools with a named login limited to what the job needs. Access is listed in the quotation and revoked on delivery.
Your data stays your data
A GDPR data-processing agreement is attached to every quotation: purposes, duration, security measures, deletion at the end. Nothing is copied out of your systems without a written reason.
One person, start to finish
The person who writes the quotation builds, trains and answers afterwards. If part of a job must be subcontracted, you know before, in writing, and I remain responsible.
No subscriptions, no lock-in
Scenarios, connectors and documents live in your accounts. You can carry on without me the day after handover.
What is not included is written down
Every quotation has a "not included" section. A request outside the scope is quoted before it is done, never invoiced afterwards.
