Annalisa De Matteis
Independent consultant in systems integration and process automation, based in Paris. I trade as Anna Digital Business.
I started with the problem, not the job title: in the teams I worked in, software piled up and someone spent Fridays copying data from one tool to another. I learned to connect those tools through their APIs, to automate what repeated, then to do it properly: documented, monitored, transferable. It became my full-time activity, registered in France on 3 September 2026.
I work alone and say so plainly: the person who writes the quotation is the one who builds, trains your team and answers the phone afterwards. For projects beyond what one person can deliver in the time asked, I say so at the first call rather than in the middle of the project.

How I work
- In writing first: a summary after every call, a diagram before every build.
- In your accounts: nothing runs on my side, nothing depends on me after handover.
- Without subscriptions: one-off fees, ad-hoc work by the day when you ask for it.
- With what is not included written down: every quotation has that section.
