2. What is not done

No audience measurement, no pixel, no profiling, no sale of data, no unsolicited newsletter. The contact form sends an e-mail and stores nothing on the site. Card data never touches this site.

3. Recipients

Hostinger International Ltd.: hosting of the site and its logs, servers in the European Union.
The e-mail service of the domain annadigital.fr.
The payment services provider chosen at checkout, for the payment only.
The accountant or invoicing tool.
Public authorities where the law requires it.

No transfer outside the European Union at the controller's initiative. Where a Customer's own tools are hosted outside the EU, that transfer is the Customer's, and the Provider works within it as processor.

4. Security

HTTPS, strong password and two-factor authentication on the administration, encrypted workstation, named and limited access to Customers' systems, revoked on delivery. Notification to the CNIL within 72 hours of a breach presenting a risk (Articles 33 and 34 GDPR).

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and instructions for after death. Write to Info@annadigital.fr; reply within one month. Complaints may be lodged with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence (for Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, www.imy.se).

Customers with an order or a contract in progress are informed by e-mail of any substantial change. The online version prevails.
