The problem

Subscriptions have piled up over the years. Three tools do the same thing, nobody knows what the old zaps do, and you want a written picture before deciding what to keep.

What I do

Two to five interviews, access to your accounts, and a 15-to-30-page report: what exists, what fails, what duplicates, what it costs, and a plan in order of priority with a budget for each step. You are under no obligation to hire me for the implementation.

What the map contains: every tool, every link, and the weak points numbered and explained in the report.

• 

  25-person SME: 62 zaps and Make scenarios listed, 18 duplicated or inactive, 4 critical ones with nobody to maintain them.

• Salesforce

  Services company: Salesforce and Odoo linked by a manual Friday export; recommendation of a connector and an estimate of the hours saved.

• Notion

  Agency using HubSpot, a second CRM and Notion in parallel: consolidation proposal, licence costs before and after, migration plan.

Questions about this service

How long does it take?

Ten working days from the last interview, usually two to three weeks in total.

Do you need admin access?

Read access to the automation and integration accounts is enough. Nothing is changed during an audit.

What if the answer is "keep everything"?

Then the report says so, with the reasons. That happens.
