Flow monitoring
Know within the hour when an automation stops, instead of when a customer calls.
- 1one-off fee, no subscription
- 100 %of flows inventoried
- 1 pageprocedure per alert type

The problem
Automations are running and nobody knows which ones, or whether they still work. The failure is discovered when a customer calls or a month-end does not add up.
What I do
I inventory every flow, add logging and alerts to each, and write a one-page procedure per alert type: what it means, who acts, how. One-off set-up, no subscription: the alerts run in your own accounts.
Volumes per hour and an alert threshold: when a flow stops producing, the alert goes out before opening time, not when a customer calls.
Real examples

Thirty Make and n8n scenarios inventoried; every failure sends a Slack alert with the flow name, the step and a link to rerun.

NotionDaily consistency check between Shopify and Odoo stock; discrepancies are listed in a shared Notion database before opening time.
Stripe

Slack alert when a Stripe payment has no matching Pennylane invoice after 24 hours.

- Monthly summary of executions and failures
Not included
- A monitoring subscription: everything runs in your accounts
- Fixing flows that were already broken (quoted separately)
- Round-the-clock on-call
Questions about this service
- Do I need a paid monitoring tool?
- Rarely. The logs of Make, n8n or Zapier, a Slack alert and a dashboard in Notion cover most cases. If a paid tool is useful, it is proposed with its cost.
- Who reads the alerts?
- Whoever you name in the procedure. The point is that a named person knows what to do, not that a screen turns red.
- Can you be the one on call?
- Not around the clock. I can review the monthly summary with you and fix what needs fixing on quotation.
