Delivery policy
This document forms part of the Terms and conditions.
Anna Digital Business sells in two ways. Regime A — standard services at checkout: a small number of services with a standard scope and a standard price shown on the site (a repair session, a health check, monitoring for one scenario, one standard automation), paid online in euros (EUR) or Swedish kronor (SEK), performed in the Customer's own accounts and booked by e-mail. The standard price applies to simple, well-defined cases; anything beyond that scope is quoted under regime B. No file or software is sold. Regime B — services on quotation: systems integration, process automation, data migration, flow monitoring and technical audits, scoped in a written quotation and invoiced by e-mail. Nothing physical is sold or shipped; no subscription is offered. Prices on the site for regime B are "from" prices; only the accepted quotation binds the parties.
1. Regime A — standard services at checkout
Nothing is shipped and nothing is downloaded. The booking link or access request is sent by e-mail to the address given at checkout within 24 hours of payment; the service itself takes place in the Customer's own accounts within 5 working days. For consumers who have not requested an early start, the service starts after the fourteen-day withdrawal period.
| Service | Delivery |
|---|---|
| Quick-fix session | Booking link sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; session within 5 working days |
| Flow health check | Booking link sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; session within 5 working days |
| Monitoring for one scenario | Access request sent by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; set up within 5 working days |
| Standard automation: one scenario | Brief scheduled by e-mail within 24 hours of payment; delivered within 5 working days of the brief |
Sessions are booked through a link with the available slots; a session is delivered when it has taken place, and the recording or written note follows within 3 working days. If nothing has arrived 24 hours after payment, check the spam folder, then write with your order number; a new copy is sent the same working day.
2. Regime B — services on quotation
| Service | Indicative timeline | Deliverables |
|---|---|---|
| Systems integration | from 10 working days | Before/after flow diagram, approved before any build; Connectors built on the publishers' official APIs; Error handling: automatic retry, then an e-mail or Slack alert; Documentation of every flow and a handover session; One month of corrections after go-live, included |
| Process automation | from 5 working days | The rule written in plain language, approved before the build; Scenarios built in your own automation account; Execution log and failure alerts; A one-hour training session for the person who will run it; One month of corrections after go-live, included |
| Data migration | from 8 working days | Field mapping approved before anything moves; Test migration on a copy, with a gap report; Real migration on the agreed day, rollback plan in hand; Reconciliation report: counts before and after; One month of corrections, included |
| Flow monitoring | from 4 working days | Inventory of every flow: what it does, who owns it; Alerts on every failure, in Slack or by e-mail; One-page procedure per alert type; Monthly summary of executions and failures |
| Technical audit | report within 10 working days | Map of tools, flows and owners; List of failures, duplicates and risks; Costed action plan in order of priority; A one-hour presentation of the report |
Working days (Monday to Friday, French public holidays excluded), from the latest of: receipt of the deposit, receipt of the access and information due by the Customer. The quotation fixes the delivery date. A validation awaited from the Customer (target diagram, acceptance testing) suspends the timeline until received. Deliverables are handed over by secure link or in the Customer's own accounts; a delivery note lists them.
3. Delay
If the Provider is late, the Customer is told before the deadline with a new date. For regime A, a consumer whose service has not started within thirty days of the order may cancel and is refunded within fourteen days. For regime B, a delay of more than 10 working days on final delivery, not caused by the Customer, entitles the Customer to terminate the undelivered part and to the refund of the corresponding deposit.
