The problem

Your CRM, your invoicing tool, your online shop and your bank do not talk to each other. Someone copies orders into the accounts, contacts into the CRM, invoices into a spreadsheet. Every copy costs time and introduces errors.

What I do

I connect applications through their official APIs or, when there is none, through scheduled exports. Every flow is documented: which data leaves where, arrives where, how often, and what happens when something fails.

Left, the starting point and the target. Below, what each flow does: an event, a field transformation, a write through the official API, and three retries before anyone is alerted.

Real examples

  • When a deal is marked won in HubSpot, the customer and the quote are created in Pennylane; the issued invoice then appears on the HubSpot record.

  • Shopify orders create sales orders and stock movements in Odoo; Odoo stock updates Shopify availability every fifteen minutes.

  • Stripe payments and Qonto transactions are reconciled automatically against Pennylane invoices, with a discrepancy report every morning.

  • A signed Salesforce opportunity creates the customer and the quote in Odoo; the production team is notified in Slack with a link to the file.

Deliverables

  • Before/after flow diagram, approved before any build
  • Connectors built on the publishers' official APIs
  • Error handling: automatic retry, then an e-mail or Slack alert
  • Documentation of every flow and a handover session
  • One month of corrections after go-live, included

Not included

  • Choosing or buying the software itself
  • Licences or paid plans the publishers require to open their APIs
  • Business configuration of the applications (chart of accounts, product catalogue)

Questions about this service

What if a publisher changes its API?
Connectors use the documented API versions that publishers announce in advance. When a change is announced you are told and the adaptation is quoted; during the correction month it is included.
Does my data pass through your servers?
No. Flows run in your own automation account or directly between the publishers' APIs. I host nothing.
How much of my team's time does the set-up take?
A one-hour scoping call, one hour of acceptance testing, one hour of handover. The rest happens without you.
