Every price on this site is shown in euros and in Swedish kronor. Amounts are fixed in each currency and never converted; you pay exactly the amount shown for the currency you choose.
Five services, all on quotation, all built in your own tools. The starting prices are real; the firm price is in the quotation, after a first call. Fixed-scope products are on the Products page.
What changes, concretely
An integration flow replaces a person who retypes. Before: four applications, exports on Friday, errors found on Monday. After: every piece of data leaves where it is entered and arrives where it must be, with a log and an alert if something breaks.
Every flow is documented: source, destination, frequency, behaviour on failure
Built in your accounts, with your licences; nothing depends on me after handover
No data is deleted at the source without your written consent
Connect the applications you already use so data moves without anyone retyping it.
Your CRM, your invoicing tool, your online shop and your bank do not talk to each other. Someone copies orders into the accounts, contacts into the CRM, invoices into a spreadsheet. Every copy costs time and introduces errors.
Make repetitive tasks disappear: reminders, reports, data entry, notifications.
Every week, the same gestures: chase unanswered quotes, prepare the Monday report, create a folder for each new customer, tell the team when a form has been filled in. These are simple rules executed by humans.
Know within the hour when an automation stops, instead of when a customer calls.
Automations are running and nobody knows which ones, or whether they still work. The failure is discovered when a customer calls or a month-end does not add up.
A written map of your tools and flows, and a costed plan for what to fix first.
Subscriptions have piled up over the years. Three tools do the same thing, nobody knows what the old zaps do, and you want a written picture before deciding what to keep.
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Ad-hoc work outside a quotation: €4504 950 kr per day. No subscriptions.
What I do not do
Build an application or a website from scratch. I connect and automate; to create software, I can recommend someone.
Administer your computers, workstations or network.
Sell or resell software licences. You contract directly with the publishers.
Circumvent a publisher's terms of use (unauthorised extraction, automation of personal accounts).
Charge a subscription. Every service is a one-off fee; follow-up is by the day, when you ask for it.
Questions people ask before a first call
What does it really cost?
The "from" prices are the real starting prices for the simplest version of each service. An integration between two tools with one flow is close to the starting price; four tools and six flows cost two to three times more. The quotation gives one figure, not a range, and it does not move as long as the scope does not.
Why is there no VAT?
The business benefits from the French VAT exemption for small businesses (Article 293 B of the General Tax Code). You pay no VAT and reclaim none. If that changes, only quotations and orders after the change are affected.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not: the point is to make the ones you have work together. Sometimes a publisher reserves its API for a higher plan; I tell you before the quotation, with the cost, so you decide knowingly.
What if a flow breaks after you leave?
During the month after go-live I fix it free of charge. After that, since every flow has an alert and documentation, the person trained in your team can often rerun it alone; otherwise I step in by the day, or you book a Quick-fix session.
Do you work with agencies or only directly?
Both. An agency or a consultancy can hand me the integration part of a client project, with or without my name on it.
Tell me what costs you time
Write to me about what takes time in your company; I reply within one working day and the quotation follows within 3 working days. Fixed-scope products can be bought straight away.
