Information provided under Article 6-III of the French Act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), and Articles L.111-1 and L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code.

1. Publisher of the site

The site https://annadigital.fr is published by Annalisa De Matteis, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Anna Digital Business, a sole trader under the French micro-enterprise regime, registered with the French National Business Register since 3 September 2026. Publication director: Annalisa De Matteis. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

2. Activity

Activity declared to the National Business Register: IT consultant specialised in systems integration and process automation: connecting the business applications a company already uses so that data flows automatically, automating recurring tasks, migrating data, monitoring existing data flows and technical audits. All services are provided as services.

Anna Digital Business sells in two ways. Regime A — standard services at checkout: a small number of services with a standard scope and a standard price shown on the site (a repair session, a health check, monitoring for one scenario, one standard automation), paid online in euros (EUR) or Swedish kronor (SEK), performed in the Customer's own accounts and booked by e-mail. The standard price applies to simple, well-defined cases; anything beyond that scope is quoted under regime B. No file or software is sold. Regime B — services on quotation: systems integration, process automation, data migration, flow monitoring and technical audits, scoped in a written quotation and invoiced by e-mail. Nothing physical is sold or shipped; no subscription is offered. Prices on the site for regime B are "from" prices; only the accepted quotation binds the parties.

4. Language

The site is published in English and addresses business customers in France and the European Union, and consumers buying fixed-price digital products. French versions of the terms and conditions and of the other legal documents are available on request at Info@annadigital.fr. In case of divergence, the version accepted at checkout or attached to the quotation prevails.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, structure, diagrams and code of this site belong to Annalisa De Matteis. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited (Articles L.111-1 and L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code). The names and logos of the software mentioned (HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Shopify, Pennylane, Qonto, Stripe, Make, n8n, Zapier, Notion, Slack, Brevo) belong to their respective publishers. They are cited to describe the systems I work on; Anna Digital Business is independent of these publishers and is neither a certified partner nor a reseller unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

The information published is general and does not constitute advice. The sample project and examples on this site are built from situations I have met and do not describe a named client. Links to third-party sites are provided for information.

8. Consumer mediation and disputes

Consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. After a written complaint to Info@annadigital.fr that has not been resolved within two months, a consumer may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator; the mediator's contact details are given on request and in the Terms and conditions. Applicable law: French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the consumer's country of residence.
