Standard services

Four services whose scope and price are the same for everyone: a repair session, a health check, monitoring for one scenario, one standard automation. Paid at checkout in euros or Swedish kronor; booking link by e-mail within 24 hours. They are standard prices for simple, well-defined cases: when your situation needs more, the price changes and you ask for a quotation. Bespoke projects are on the Services page.

Before you buy

How does delivery work?: After payment you receive an order confirmation, then within 24 hours an e-mail with the booking link or the access request. The work itself happens in your own accounts within 5 working days. If nothing arrives, check the spam folder, then write with your order number.
Can I get a refund?: Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw; if you asked at checkout for the service to start before the end of that period — that is the second box — a service already performed is due in proportion. A service that does not match its description is redone or refunded, whatever your status. Details in the Refund and cancellation policy.
Which currency should I choose?: The one your card or account is in. Every price is shown in euros and in Swedish kronor; pick yours with the switcher at the top of the page. The amount for the currency you choose is exactly what is charged, and the order is recorded in that currency.
Is there VAT?: No. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Business customers in France or elsewhere in the EU receive an invoice without VAT; if that regime changes, the site will say so.
What if my case is not simple?: Then the standard price does not apply. Write with a description or book the health check first; you get a firm quotation within 3 working days.
